The Canon Angle Finder B is a convenient eyepiece attachment for viewing. The Angle Finder B is used for taking pictures from the waist level, for shooting from a low position, for copy work using a copy stand on a table with the camera facing downwards, and for photomicrography. The Angle Finder B can be attached to the eyepiece of Canon F-1 cameras, or other Canon SLR cameras with round eyepieces. A prism is employed in the Angle Finder B that presents the image in the finder right-side up. A built-in diopter allows the Angle Finder B to be corrected to individual eyesight.
Canon made an additional Adapter S accessory when using the Angle Finder B with Canon's single-lens reflex cameras that have a square type eyepiece.
